Marshall Willock

Having come through the ranks at Solihul Moors, Marshall Willock made his move up to the first team aged just 17. The towering 6’5 centre back showed a lot of promise and was snapped up by Chesterfield who were in League 2 at the time.

While at Chesterfield, Marshall went on loan to Kettering Town to pick up some first team experience, playing 6 first team games. Marshall picked up a serious injury during his time at Chesterfield which led to his release in the 17/18 season. Marshall re-joined Solihull Moors but only managed 1 first team appearance before suffering another injury setback.

At the end of that season, Marshall went on to play and gain first team experience at Redditch, Grantham and Peterborough Sports. Marshalls performances earned him a trial at Accrington Stanley, which is where he was approached by what would be his next club, Kemi City. Kemi City are a professional Finnish phoenix side who played in the third division.

At the end of the 20/21 season, Marshall returned to England and signed for Stourbridge, a club with lofty ambitions.

Marshall is also a full Montserrat international, with 3 caps to his name. Marshall is still only 21 years old and has plenty of good footballing years ahead of him.
