Fabio is a technically gifted footballer who can play on either wing or as an attacking midfielder. Fabio played his youth football at Sporting Lisbon before moving to Bicester in 2015. Fabio started out at Brackley Town but was quickly snapped up by Oxford United and signed a scholarship with the League 1 club.

Fabio would go on to play for Oxford United’s first team 6 times, making his debut aged just 16. In doing so, Fabio became the club’s third youngest player to make his debut, behind Jason Seacole and Graham Atkinson and prompted the then first team manager to state he would go “to the top”. A number of injury setbacks prevented Fabio gaining consistent football at Oxford United, leading to a number of loan spells. Fabio enjoyed loan spells at Biggleswade, Rushden & Diamonds, and Chippenham Town.

A succession of injuries led to Fabio being released by Oxford United at the end of the 20/21 season. Following a number of trials, Fabio signed for Brackley Town who at the time were top of the National League North.
